To date we have built two dornas xeiteiras/mecas, the most representative traditional boat from O Grove’s harbour, which disappeared in the 1960s. “A Meca”, with 7.50 metres in length, was launched in 1995 and in 2003 we built “Irmandiña”, with 9.50 metres in length. Both dornas were built by commission of the “Amigos da Dorna Meca” association.
